Each session is designed specifically for your body and your goals. Together we will work to improve core function, address muscle imbalance and refine movement patterns so you can move freely and feel stronger from within.


Breath, Posture and Core Connection
At Core Pilates Oban, we specialise in Hypopressives, a gentle and restorative method that combines specific breathing and postural techniques to retrain your deep core and pelvic floor. This approach helps to reduce intra abdominal pressure, improve posture and restore natural balance throughout the body.
Whether you are rebuilding strength after pregnancy, easing pelvic floor dysfunction, or looking for support with prolapse, incontinence or diastasis recti, Hypopressives can help you move with confidence again.
Pelvic floor issues are common, but they are not inevitable. Change is possible, and it starts with your breath.
One to one care designed around your body and your goals.
Each session begins with a detailed biomechanical assessment to understand how your body moves and to identify any areas of restriction or imbalance. From there, we focus on restoring alignment and improving movement through tailored treatment and corrective exercise.
Using a combination of hands on therapy, Pilates based rehabilitation and deep core retraining, these sessions are designed to help you move with greater ease, build strength and recover with confidence.
At Core Pilates Oban, our 1 to 1 clinic sessions support recovery from injury, surgery or ongoing pain while helping you develop lasting balance and body awareness.


A week to reset body and mind
Over the years, Core Pilates Oban has taken women on unforgettable retreats to beautiful places such as Barga in Italy and the peaceful hills of Andalusia.
Each retreat is created with care, blending Pilates, rest, connection and laughter in stunning surroundings.
After the success of our previous Casares retreat, we are returning to Andalusia in September 2026 for another week of sunshine, movement and calm. A chance to rest, reset and feel strong again.
